OTF has provided me with a family of support, encouragement, and direction as I aim to reach my fitness goals. The structured classes (never have to think about what to do at the gym), the amazing coaches, the supportive front desk staff (especially Amber and Jane), and of course the other OTF members all create a atmosphere where working hard, making that extra push to get beyond your limits, building endurance and power all make you better at the end of a class than when you arrived. I am now approaching 500 classes completed and looking forward to many, many more. Thank you OTF for welcoming me to the best gym ever!.

Allison Blanchard stands out as an exceptional asset to the Orange Theory team. Not only did she address all of my questions with clarity, but her guidance was pivotal in directing me towards the right path for my fitness journey. I love Orange Theory. I hadn't been to the gym in 10 years and they were so helpful. Needing to schedule your work outs and having a trainer guide you through was what I needed.

A really great gym with plenty of space and equipment. The prices are the most reasonable for what you get whether it's a basic or black card membership. The gym is 24/7 which keeps flexibility an option for anyone with a hectic schedule or consistency in training for anyone who likes routine. Statutory holidays would be the only times they've been closed (obviously understandable), but the staff has been really good at giving plenty of notice for any closures - they are great with assistance whether it's a phone call or in person!.

I've only been to this gym a few times but i liked it. The staff was nice. I went to New Member Orientation and I dunno if I can put her name here but the staff member that I had to see was super friendly to me. She showed me the ropes and how to use all the machines.

Went there for free trial did not like some of the workout equipment preset funny angles some sweet of the machines. but the cardio equipment some of the best ever seen the gym was very clean and the staff friendly.

Hi, I am a member of GoodLife fitness, Atlantic Place, St. John’s, Newfoundland. I just wanted to give compliments to my yoga instructor. Lise R. Is the best fitness instructor I have ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and patient. She listened to my concerns and provided tailored exercises for me to do to help with my issues and my ability. She was also able to educate me about my muscle structure and go into details in a way that medical professionals would. We needed certain tools to help us achieve the best form of a stretch and she purchased them and prepared them on her own. My instructor is truly selfless and I am racking my brain trying to think of a way to repay her kindness.

I love Maria, one of ther personal trainers. Her motivation game is on point. The staff is super approachable, and the equipments are clean.

Overall great experience at GoodLife Fitness St. Johns. Very welcoming and pleasant environment. Thank you to Adam who initally signed me up. I would highly recommend. Great space/setup.
