3 Best Orthodontists in St. John's, NL

As a patient and previous employee , I can honestly say that Dr.Mcneill is the most honest and hardworking dentist I’ve ever worked for and with . She cares a lot about her staff and patients . She’s extremely accommodating and expects no recognition for having to go out of her way or make your experience better . Any negative comments about the manager you can be rest assured, she has been replaced by someone much more friendly (speaking from personal experience from both ) . The negative comments I can say with confidence are from people with unrealistic expectations and timelines or need extra attention that I know Dr Mcneill would be willing to give as long as you voice it, since she has an office to run and a schedule to follow . The amount of time booked is adequate per patient and if you require more time during your consultation (?) ... you would have to schedule another . She treats her patients and staff with equal respect ! Her work is consistent and she will not remove braces if your dissatisfied or have a stubborn tooth that takes longer than the rest to come into alignment . I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Mcneill to any future patients or staff . You are in good , honest hands.

My son has had braces on for almost 3 yrs. He had 3 " front" teeth & had to have surgery to remove 1 & then pull the other one into proper place. We have had great service from Dr McNeil & her staff. We have had to reschedule appointments at the last minute and been accommodated. We've never had to wait more then 10 mins beyond our appointment time to get in. Sure sometimes when my son is in the chair it takes longer then others but that depends what has to be done to him. I certaunly feel that DrMcNeil & her staff are knowledgeable and efficient in what they do and they certainly are all pleasant and friendly to deal with. My son was 12 when he first started coming to her office and from the 2nd visit, he never minded me dropping him off and going in alone. He's always felt comfortable there and I've noticed that they all talk to the teen patients as if they are "people " and don't talk down to them as I've seen happen in many Dr offices. Yes indeed braces are expensive but worth it.

Dr. McNeil and her staff are very professional, so sweet and kind and knowledgeable. My daughter had an accident almost 6 years ago and we see them all a few times a year, the amazing continued care has always been consistent, and yes it all runs a price- but we are from away and have cancelled app due to weather or have had the chance to come in last minute and they always do something for us and fit us in. My daughter's teeth are looking fantastic and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Dr. McNeill and her team are truly a 5-star team! They go above and beyond, not just with their knowledge and care during treatment, but also by doing their best to accommodate busy schedules. The office is always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything you need. Reply
