The space was clean and the staff courteous. The therapist (Ian L) provided the deep treatment I needed, and explained areas that needed more work, as well as took his time in recommending exercises that will help me get better. All around, a night and day comparison to my last massage therapy experience.

Beth is a fantastic massage therapist- I would definitely recommend her to anyone! She is so knowledgeable and she goes out of her way to teach me ways to improve. It’s not hard to tell that she is so passionate about her work. Go see Beth and you will surely feel the same as I do!

Always an amazing massage. Karen and Kerri are amazing massage therapists, the front desk employees are always so friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this place, the front desk staff is very pleasant to deal with, Megan and Allison were very efficient to get me my appointments. Emily is an exceptional massage therapist! Her expertise goes beyond just giving a relaxing massage. During my session, she provided invaluable insights by suggesting stretches and even using charts to explain trigger points. I truly felt cared for and informed throughout the experience. I highly recommend Emily to anyone seeking a top-notch massage therapist who goes above and beyond to ensure your well-being!

One of the best massages I've had, Krista really paid attention to my trouble areas and asked multiple times if the pressure was good. Very friendly and experienced I walked out feeling great, I will definitely be back and I've already recommended her to my husband and friends.

It was the customer service I received from the initial booking of the appointment to the end the massage and send off. Therapist was amazing! I felt very comfortable with her and she did an amazing workout on my tense muscles! Highly recommend!

NEWFOUNDLAND MASSAGE THERAPY REVIEWS

Karl is very knowledgeable and cares more about solving your underlying problems than just addressing the symptoms. For my first appointment, he gave me the option of getting a massage, but we ultimately spent all our time trying exercises and designing a routine to help build up strength in my weak areas that caused my back and knee pain. His background as a strength coach and his knowledge of anatomy makes him a much better resource than any previous massage therapist. He's helped me understand what's going wrong with my knee and taught me how to improve my posture by correcting my muscle imbalances by developing my lats. I highly recommend his services!

Very knowledgeable and professional therapist using multiple techniques to get to root of issues and not just addressing the symptom. I have been working with Karl for a few years now, whenever I am in NL. One of the best therapist I have worked with for on going head, neck and shoulder issues.

I struggled with severe back pain and Karl sorted me out. I tried chiropractor, physio therapy and convential massage but he investigated the source of the problem and got me walking again.
