Karen is a lovely soul. I was given prep work for a personalized experience geared to my specific end goals. Karen sent me revant materials ahead of the session. I was completely at ease and found the whole experience relaxing and welcoming. Karen had a nice cold wayer and warm blanket ready for me . After the session, we enjoyed a wrap up discussion over tea, and snacks. Karen provided me with a USB full of my complete session. Plus a long list of documents materials and books. Further to the session more relative materials. All was included in the session price. I look forward to progress and experience going forward. Karen and Ross are lovely people. Karen was awesome. So knowledgeable in many areas of life. The session was interesting, inspiring, and very educational. There is a lot of material that Karen has shared and allows me to do some research to assist on a health level and becoming your own best friend. An eventful experience that I would recommend.
