Smart Dolphins responded in a very timely manner and we organized a time for them to check out the issue I was having with my computer. The tech called exactly at the scheduled time, and helped me every step of the way. He fixed the issue, and stayed on the phone with me while I tested the computer to make sure everything was indeed good. The tech was very personable and professional.
