By far the healthiest and tastiest plant based restaurant in the local Surrey community. I did a five day juice cleanse with Mindful Juice Bar and experienced so many health benefits. I feel that a lot of the congestion I had in my lungs is starting to clear after this cleanse. I'll admit that during the cleanse I felt tired mid day but it was well worth the efforts and money for how great I feel now.
Great place for juice, smoothies, and vegan food. I'm on my last day of the 3 day juice cleanse, and I've been impressed how fresh and delicious all the juices are! Definitely one of my favourite places in Guildford.
I would recommend Mindful Juice Bar to anyone looking for a true nourishment from the inside out!
