We are tremendously happy with the landscaping and excellent customer service that Yardwerks provided us. Our dealings with them, were one of the best customer experiences we’ve had with a contractor. Don returned our call immediately and was out to talk to us within days. He listened to our thoughts and shared some ideas that he recommended incorporating within that vision. After the main idea was agreed-upon his crew were out promptly to begin the process. Both Don and Cole were incredibly responsive to us whenever we had questions or wanted to tweak anything. They stayed in continual contact with us and updated us on the process. They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything exactly the way we wanted. They managed coordination between the sprinkler install from Staal irrigation, as well as arranging for a carpenter to come and install a composite deck and walkway that we additionally wanted added. They adjusted their schedule with the sod install to help us manage a garage build that was occurring in the back of our yard at the same time. All of their workers were incredibly professional, friendly and detail orientated. We are incredibly pleased with the final product and extremely glad that we chose Yardwerks. Rich is BEYOND AWESOME. He did so much work in just 2 days — yard and flower bed cleanup, emptied and filled two raised beds — he worked so hard and did such a thorough and careful job. He saved my sanity! Wonderful and professional — you can’t go wrong with Rich and Yardwerks!
