My 6 year old son was assessed for ADHD at the Richmond Hill Psychology Center. The process was very smooth and the staff were patient and accommodating. The report was extremely thorough including actionable recommendations for school and home. It became an extremely useful tool to advocate for my child at school, at the doctor and in many other situations. I’m forever grateful.

Really grateful for finding this place. I’ve been seeing Anat (the psychologist) for many years now and her guidance has been invaluable. The centre’s receptionist Shirley is very friendly, professional and addresses any concerns promptly.

Anat Elbaum, is an outstanding therapist. She is exceptionally fast reaching the source of anxiety, trauma and insecurity in relationships. She has a vast tool box of skills that I have found extremely helpful in tailoring treatment to good effect. Highly recommended.

I have been working with Mona for several months now and she's been really great. Incredibly patient, is great at listening, and can re-iterate and retell what you tell her into actionable insight. I always feel more motivated and better after sessions with her.

I highly recommend Mona to anyone who’s looking for a therapist or someone to talk to. She is able to “connect the dots” and provide concrete and practical suggestions on how to improve my mental health. I’ve made tremendous progress and continue on my journey to understand my mental state, triggers and ultimately, myself better.
