Dr. Tenn-Lyn examined my daughter. The doctor was thorough, gentle, and very knowledgeable. She really took the time to develop an appropriate medical care for my child. She has exemplary bedside manners. I wish I could say this about all the walk-in clinics within my community. I am grateful for the outstanding patient care that my daughter received, starting from registration up to the end of the visit. Thank you.

Were kind, understanding and accommodating of my autistic son. I wish I'd gotten the name of the amazing nurse who understood how difficult it can be for Autistics to wait their turn. She put him in a room immediately and Dr. Harel came in a few minutes later. He was thorough and patient with my son and with me. Thank you for making a stressful situation less stressful.

Dr Ginzberg and staff are awesome. I had a colonoscopy and gastrointestinal test done there and they were great. Dr Ginzberg was very professional and friendly. As was everyone in his office. I loved the lady who did my blood pressure and inserted my IV. Great job everyone.

RICHMOND HILL WALK IN CLINIC REVIEWS

I took my children and myself to this clinic several times. Despite the long wait times, they inform you of the expected wait time, allowing you to attend to other matters and return later. The doctors are thorough and ensure that you are well taken care of. They even follow up by calling to check on you after referring you to the hospital for further care.

Went in today because of my eyelid, the doctor was very friendly and thoughtful. Easily one of the best walk in clinics I’ve been to. Communication was clear, concise, and helpful. Next steps on recovery was clear and the doctor made sure I clearly understood them as well. Overall an amazing experience, thank you.

I visited the clinic last week - it was a very pleasant experience to me though the waiting time was quite long (about 3 hours). Dr. Hirji is an excellent doctor with lots of patience. He apologized for the long waiting time and treated me not in a rush - made me feel comfortable. Dr. Hirji explained everything in great details. - JC

My family and I really like how this clinic operates! Booking an appointment and not having to wait for hours like other walk-in clinics! This is An amazing clinic. Well organized and managed! Impressed! Very professional. Doctor is great, receptionists are great, Pharmacy is great.

One of the most well organized medical clinic. From registration until end of consultation, every step was clear and concise. Front desk staff are friendly and very welcoming. Staff in the clinic is super efficient. I had very pleasant consultation with Dr. Michelle Mair. She was very patient in listening and answering questions. Follow-up appointments were easily scheduled too. Thank you for creating amazing outpatient experience.
