I had a sleep study done just over a week ago. I was very pleased with the whole process. From the initial contact with the office, to an informed and caring consult with the doctor, to the actual sleep study itself. I had had a sleep study in the past, so new what to expect. This time, the actual set up was quick and efficiently done. I kept complimenting the person on how adept they were. It was easy and without any stress. I would like to say a very big thank you to the clinic.

I was extremely impressed by the level of professionalism. Technician addressed any concerns and very corteous as well. Room and washroom areas were very clean. Bedding as well and quite comfortable. When I needed to get up in the nught, tech was there in an instant. All round top notch experience. Thank you.

Chirag was amazing. He made me feel so comfortable Great job! Funny and very efficient.

RICHMOND HILL SLEEP AND LUNG INSTITUTE REVIEWS

Came here for a Sleep test. Overall experience was very pleasant. Finding the entrance to get into the building was slightly difficult as the instructions were only indicated for underground parking which is free overnight. The clinic was very clean also with their guest sleeping rooms. All questions were answer prior to the sleep test. Yur was very nice, and gentle while handling the progress with the ECG test. The room is a fair temperature plus the blankets do end up getting quite warm, but there is a room fan to make your sleep more comfortable. The wait time for appointment at this location was about over a month due to them being fully booked everyday with up to 8 rooms. I’ve heard that test result would take a while to return to your doctor.

My kindergarten age child was scheduled for appointment. I was nervous post reading reviews. Also about procedure even though my child doesnt cry with blood draw or any medical procedure. Nabila was our sleep test performing staff and she was so gentle and kind. She explained my child at his level and everything went smooth. She was very patient. I am not sure if this staff is owner or not but if she is not, she deserves a raise. My child has early bedtime hence We were connected and started on time, were first to arrive and were finished at 0530 am in morning.

Came here for a sleep test and the overnight staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy, instructions we’re very clear and nothing was delayed. I had a great experience here and would definitely return if i need too.
