“Dr. Tali Shenfield has been practicing school psychology and child clinical psychology for over 21 years. She earned her PhD in Psychology from the University of Toronto and is a licensed psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Dr. Shenfield is accredited by the Canadian Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology and is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association and the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals. As an expert in behavioral and social/emotional issues, adjustment problems, child and adolescent depression and anxiety, parenting and attachment issues, learning disorders, gifted children development, and high-functioning autism, Dr. Shenfield has contributed significantly to her field and has published a large number of articles on child development and mental health topics. Dr. Shenfield has lectured at the University of Toronto and has worked as a child psychologist and consultant at institutions including the Hospital for Sick Children, the Toronto District School Board, the York Catholic District School Board, and the Hincks-Dellcrest Centre, providing clinical and psychoeducational services to children, adolescents, and young adults with diverse mental health needs. Currently, Dr. Shenfield is the Clinical Director of the Richmond Hill Psychology Center, where she provides training, supervision, and oversight to other psychologists and psychotherapists. Richmond Hill Psychology Center’s staff assists clients in English, Cantonese, Farsi, Mandarin, French, Hebrew, Portuguese, Russian, Croatian, and Spanish.”
