have been working with Laura for the past 8 years. I cannot describe into words what she has done for me and continues to do...so I will try my best. She is an incredible human being. She is the reason I believe in therapy, she is the reason I believe in self help Her guidance for the past 8 years has been a blessing and I will continue to see her and talk to her for many years to come. I didn’t always have something to report at our sessions but I still showed up to the appointment just knowing I’d talk to a best friend for an hour and feel much better than I walked in. To say I recommend her is an understatement

Laura has been my mental health professional for over 6 years. I have referred more friends and family than I can count on my hands and feet. Laura has compassion, integrity and serious professionalism. One thing I'd like to note is the ease and comfort I felt the minute I stepped into Laura's space. The energy and environment in the physical space is exactly what I needed to open up. I was far too used to a clinical uncomfortable counseling experience before I started to see Laura. Would recommend to anyone!

I have been working with Laura for nearly 6 months now and it has given me a completely new perspective on therapy! Finding a good fit for a therapist can be a tedious and nerve wracking journey but she made me feel at ease right away. She is compassionate, great at coaching, challenges your thought process in the best way, and provides you a little bit of homework to maintain new habits in daily life. There are a lot of points to check when finding a well rounded therapist and I was lucky to have found her. A potential downside, just like for any good therapist, there can be a bit of a wait for each appointment which works well for my needs but may for others. However, after a few appointments, you can book further in advance to potentially get more frequent appointments if needed! Overall, I highly recommend anyone to see use these services as they’re very welcoming and make the process enjoyable.
