I can't rave enough about Bluewater Nutrition. The staff are always so warm and welcoming. As a customer of 5+ years, I can confidently trust the employees here and the products they promote. I have struggled with digestive issues for years and with a good probiotic regimen recommended by the staff here, my symptoms have improved drastically.

I began seeing Dr Mason Bresett in Sarnia at The Health Lab Creations when I was diagnosed with PCOS and experiencing unmanageable hormone symptoms. My initial visit with Dr Mason was laid back, non judgemental and not an “if we get your hormones under control” but a “WHEN we get your hormones under control”. I’ve been seeing Dr Mason for a few months now and am happy to say I have already had a natural ovulation and menses which had been absent for 6 plus months. Dr Mason is the best Naturopathic doctor and I will recommend to anyone and everyone

The Health Creation Lab in Sarnia hold a 4 pillar approche to health, one of which is the bodys natural innate ability to heal. Dr. Mason Bresett ND has resorted my belief in my own body. On a long journey with my personal health, often I have found myself discouraged and resentful, with out direction on how to move forward. Dr. Mason and Dr. Chelsea have created a safe space, not only to process what is happening, but to work with you. At the Health Creation Lab you can expect open listening, treated with the utmost respect, your needs being honoured and encouraged, and knowing the doctors show up at 100% for you. Confident in what they know, and more than willing to go above and beyond to search for what they may not know on your behalf. The relief felt in the days following was not only physical, but relief with in as well. As I left, Dr. Mason said, “you’re doing a great job”. Knowing I am supported and can create my health as a joint effort allows the most relief.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mason Bresett N.D in Sarnia for about a month now. He’s been wonderful! Since December I’ve been experiencing extreme bloating and discomfort, I felt like no matter what I ate I couldn’t get away from the bloat. I went to countless doctors and every single one told me “it’s all in your head”. I finally went to see Dr. Mason and right away he was able to diagnose me with SIBO, he listened to all of my symptoms and provided so much detail on what to do to get better. Since I’ve been on the supplement plan he put me on I truly feel like a new person. My bloating is completely gone now, I know exactly what to keep out of my diet and what can stay. Thank you Dr. Mason for everything you’ve done for me!
