I’ve been a member for close to two years and I love the flexibility of booking myself online, connecting with the office for questions or modifications and a great selection of services and therapists. I really like working with Atul, and Kristine in particular but I’ve had great massages from many of the therapists. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and book a reflexology treatment with Connie. You will not be disappointed. My whole body feels so relaxed after one of her sessions. She has years of experience and it shows. Can't wait until my next appointment.

I would highly recommend this place next time you are in need of a massage. The staff is pleasant and Courteous. Very Clean. Lauren is an excellent Massage Therapist.

NATURAL ESSENCE CENTRE FOR WELL BEING REVIEWS

I've come here twice for getting a deep tissue massage and I've left satisfied both times. Highly recommend Sheila Gallagher for a massage. She's friendly, talkative, and knows what she is doing when it comes to a good massage. I've seen her over the past 2 years, and being an athlete, she's helped with injury rehabilitation, and tight muscles from overtraining. The location itself is easy to find with street parking out front. The front desk staff are always lovely to deal with as well. The pricing for services here is also reasonable for this day and age.

The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. The waiting area is warm and soothing, there's a fireplace right there! The staff is friendly and very good at making you feel comfortable. I can only speak for Taylor as a massage therapist - but she's amazing - a one of a kind RMT. The best in town, in my opinion.

The experience was very satisfying and the services were spectacular. I thoroughly enjoyed the service I received from the moment I walked through the door until the moment I left. Highly recommend this place if you want a great massage service.

Had my first ever massage with Lynette, and it was a great experience. Calm setting, good conversation, and most importantly, an extremely relaxing and tension-relieving back and shoulder massage that I wish I had booked earlier. I have already made a follow-up appointment and I anticipate I will go regularly going forward.

Excellent prenatal massage from Amy. I am 6 months pregnant and she gave me a few stretches afterwards to help with aches and pains. Massage had a wonderful amount of pressure. They even direct billed my insurance company. I will definitely be going back. Would highly recommend.

Most definitely the best massage I have had in a very long time, maybe even ever!!!! The atmosphere was so relaxing and I can't wait to go back.
