5 Elements Martial Arts Ltd

Had my son’s Fifth birthday here. It was a wonderful experience. The instructors were wonderful the kids were very engaged. My son was very overwhelmed and shy at first, the instructor knew exactly what to do and before I knew it my son was happy and enjoying himself. Cutting the cake with a samurai sword blew all the kids minds. The staff was so courteous. And the games were fun for all ages are the parents were very impressed would recommend this venue for all ages. Thank you five elements martial arts for a wonderful birthday.

My son’s energy, enthusiasm and confidence has skyrocketed since joining 5 Elements. I can not say enough about the excellent quality of teaching, mentoring and encouragement from all the instructors, Sensei’s, and Master’s. I greatly appreciate how everyone, child teen or adult, work together to support one another’s development and growth in martial arts. 5 Elements has been an amazing place to spend our evenings!

My daughter and I attended an introductory self defence class. The owner and teacher was excellent in her concise teaching of maneuvers to help you to defend yourself. She helped us to feel empowered, strong and confident in ourselves.
