Natasha was awesome working with my 5 month old daughter. She was helpful and courteous right from the start, offering to help me come into the room (I had my daughter, her car seat and the diaper bag). She also took the time to interact with my daughter right away and engage with her to put her at ease. She listened attentively to my concerns and efficiently made notes about them and the milestones I have noticed my daughter reaching, and inquired about the exercises we do at home to better inform my daughter’s treatment plan. She was very gentle and patient while assessing her mobility and muscle tone, and then had fantastic, easy to implement exercises for us to do together at home which she both demonstrated and explained the rationale behind, and strategy to help her roll from her stomach to her back on her own. She also allowed me to video tape the sessions so that I can easily refer back to her exercises and share them with family members who also interact with my daughter daily. Overall she was a very positive and professional physiotherapist, excellent with babies, and I am looking forward to seeing the improvement from implementing her strategies and working with her more. :)

I came here for a massage on the recommendation from a coworker and I can say I will definitely be back! This was my first experience getting a massage and Tracy made it excellent and very comfortable. The front reception was nice and clean, the massage rooms were nice and dimly lit with relaxing bird noises playing in the background. The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and helped me set up my work benefits for direct billing. Overall a very pleasant experience and a great massage! I’ll definitely be back!

I took a chance on MyoDynamic by doing my own research and so glad I did. Kelsey is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and not afraid to get deep into the muscles. I was not looking for a relaxation massage but rather a therapeutic session for my stiff, sore and inflexible 58 year old body!!
