I have no reservations whatever in recommending the services offered by the Barrie LensCrafters store. Staff are friendly and are willing to describe alternatives without exerting any undue pressure. Furthermore, prices are competitive for the range of spectacles available. Full marks for a job well-done.

I recently purchased glasses from LensCrafters, and I must say, my experience was excellent. Allen provided exceptional assistance in selecting the perfect frames for me. Despite some changes in the prescription numbers, he ensured that everything was taken care of before the glasses were delivered. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommended.

LensCrafters were great to deal with. Good selection, very accommodating. I did not like the lenses I chose and they replaced them no hassle at all. They really wanted me to be happy with the glasses. I was impressed. Friendly efficient service.

They provided expert assistance in selecting the perfect frames and ensured that my glasses were fitted perfectly. They are friendly, helpful, and attentive, making each visit a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

My colleague recommended this location after she had a wonderful experience. I will say that mine was also fantastic. Not only did Dr. Kelsey Marwood make this a personable experience but she made a point of talking to the optician to work within my insurance budget. Cass was super helpful and I was able to pick two pairs of glasses and cover my exam with the small amount of insurance money I had. They completely took care of submitting all of my paperwork which I’ve always had to do before and this was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this location and the wonderful staff that work here.

Had a very amazing and informative experience here. The staff was so helpful in getting me the right pair of glasses and contacts. I felt very welcome and the staff there was one of the best I’ve ever seen. So nice and friendly I will definitely be their long time customer.

We’ve been here alot. Cass has been a great helper and we enjoyed the time here. I appreciate all the staff who make our visit a good one. I do recommend anyone who wants to check your eyes done at Specsavers.
