I had the pleasure of visiting the Medigas location in Barrie to renew my CPAP prescription, and I must say that my experience was outstanding. From my initial call with Jacqueline to my in-person appointment, I was thoroughly impressed with her level of professionalism and expertise. Jacqueline went above and beyond to address my concerns and provide me with all the information I needed to ensure that I could continue to receive the best possible care. Her attention to detail and willingness to take the time to answer all of my questions made me feel at ease and confident in my treatment plan. Overall, I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience at Medigas. Thanks to Jacqueline's exceptional service, I left feeling reassured and supported in my CPAP therapy. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking top-notch care for their sleep apnea.

I met with Medigas today to purchase a CPAP machine prescribed for me. The girl who served me was great. She appeared to be very knowledgeable & helpful. Customer service was great despite my confusion around machines. I ended up buying a machine at her recommendation. I feel confident I have received the best service I could get in this field.

My dad was discharged from the hospital a few days earlier than expected. We were told to call ProResp once we got home from the hospital but when we got home, Peter was already waiting in the driveway. He checked my dad out and got some setup started and then Shawn came in with extra equipment. Shawn walked us through the whole setup, thoroughly and pleasantly, anticipating our questions and putting our concerns to rest. All this at the last minute on a long weekend. Fantastic

I have dealt with Royal ProResp several times regarding my CPAP and the staff have always been friendly and attentive over the phone and in person. They are very helpful in answering questions and offering suggestions. I originally purchased the unit from the location at RVH and they were great there too but have been dealing with the Commerce Park location ever since as it is a more convenient location for me to get to.

Had a great experience here! Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Plus they actually had a CPAP machine in stock.
