I just had a lovely 80 min massage with RMT jack and a wonderful 1 hour facial with the esthetician, Hannah. I recommend them both. Jack hit release so much tension with his techniques, and topping it off with those hot towels!! I Didn't know I was missing out!! And Hannah, I've never had a facial before and she talked me through the products being used, and how she applied them,.. and I left feeling like a new person. Thank you hand and stone!! I'll be back again!

I’ve been a member for about 3 years and have been visiting this branch at least once a month. The professionalism, service is excellent. I’ve tried various RMTs so far but Keshav is by far the best if you are looking for deep tissue massage. He helped me to relieve injury pains, has an extensive knowledge around physiology. I would highly highly recommend if you want to leave this place as a new person.

I had a Classic facial done at this spa by Elhim. She is so kind and does such a good job while providing a relaxing spa experience. She massages the face neck and shoulders while applying the treatments. My face feels revitalized after this facial. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

From the front desk to every member of the team, the customer service here is exceptional. The staff is genuinely passionate about helping you achieve your goals, creating an encouraging and supportive environment. Their dedication and professionalism truly set them apart!

Awesome experience, great communication from the get go, helpful staff, I've only had one massage so far but the therapist was very good and had good conversation. I'll be seeing an osteopath there shortly; they also have a physiotherapist and chiropractor. Definitely recommend.

Just love it. Staffs are professional and know what they do. Highly recommend it and will go back again next month.

The staff at Massage Addict Appleby Line are exceptional! Brittany, the massage therapist who treated me, had such excellent technique that my back pain was finished with me the moment she was. The receptionists, Daniela in particular, are pleasant, polite, and professional – and will always ensure that you are well taken care of.

I booked a deep tissue massage with Jennifer Lenthall and it was absolutely amazing! She worked out all my knots and used the perfect amount of pressure! She is very knowledgeable and very good at what she does, I will definitely be rebooking again!

I have been to a couple of different message therapists but my best experience so far is at this location. Booked here with Bonnie several times and I always leave there relaxed, released and in a daze haha. Can't wait for my next massage.
