This Yoga Studio is awesome!! Monica, Maureen and her instructors are very dedicated in teaching a good form so you can take your yoga practice to the next level and brings you the benefits from the practice. The range of classes are great, the hot classes are truly setup for a good experience as well with many fun classes such as aerial yoga that allow you to experience yoga at a whole different perspective. I’m grateful for learning yoga at Be. TDLR: Highly recommend if you want to learn good form yoga.

Awesome place, great teachers, great schedule, there is something for everyone, hot yoga, normal one, barre class and most importantly meditation classes most importantly the ones with "Monica Angelatos" are just awesome. I went there to find a NEW HOME, new place for my yoga life , meditation, and I found it Thank you guys all.

Be is Awesome!! Never a bad idea to get your butt to the studio. Nice atmosphere. Professional, gifted, and friendly teachers all around each offering unique flows that complement each other from class to class. Shout out to Matt Brodie, RMT, for the massage. Strong and excellent technique with the added bonus of proactive exercise recommendations from being a personal trainer. Thanks Be!! See you soon.

MODO YOGA BURLINGTON REVIEWS

I absolutely LOVE Modo Yoga Burlington! I have recently made a return to yoga over the past month after stepping away for a few years. I did not realize how much my body and mind missed it until I got back into it again. The staff and studio are so welcoming and the classes offer something for everyone. I have to admit it was a bit intimidating making the return after being away for so long but the teachers do such an amazing job of reminding everyone to listen to their body and to follow their own practice. This type of mentality really helps to take the pressure off and reminds you to stay in the moment and to remember that every day will be different depending on how your body is feeing and that this is okay. After a few sessions back it felt like home again and that is a real testament to the staff and the environment that they create. Happy to be back, thanks Modo!.

Returning to Hot Yoga after being away from it for a few years was wonderful. The warm ( literally ) welcome, fabulous staff with a gentle encouraging environment was exactly what I needed. My first few classes had poses that were wobbly and I felt weaknesses of old injuries but every class I feel stronger and wobble less. For each pose the instructor offered variations so all can suit their levels. The improvement to my balance has been fantastic. I would highly recommend this Hot Yoga Studio.

Great classes, could feel a difference in my breath work by the second class! Very kind and attentive trainers.

The studio helped me so much to heal and gain more confidence. When I first joined my back was very painful and there were days when I couldn't walk. However this studio has helped me immensely. My favourite classes were with AnnaMarie because she pushed me just a bit further to do exercises which have helped my back to heal.

I love coming to Oxygen! Not only is the facility great and well maintained, but the staff is so welcoming and the instructors are so helpful and encouraging. After being here for some time, every visit is like coming to spend time with friends.

Oxygen Burlington deserves all the praise and love! My happy place for 2 years now, so grateful for the instructors, class formats, front desk staff in coming together to making this a magical place.
