I recently attended Peak Sleep Clinic for an assessment of my sleeping concerns and had an exceptional experience. The clinic is very clean, and the level of cleanliness is like a hotel. From the moment I walked in, the friendly receptionist made me feel welcomed and provided thorough assistance in introducing me to my session. The Sleeping Technician was equally impressive, offering a clear and simple explanation of the procedures, which helped ease any initial anxieties I had. The room and furniture were spotless and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, I was pleased to see that the clinic follows a very strict process of sanitization, which made me feel safe and cared for throughout my visit. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking a sleep assessment. The professionalism and care demonstrated by the staff are top-notch. 5 Stars.

The room and facilities were very comfortable and clean and staff helpful. My only concerns were it took a very long time for me to get my first appointment (over a year). My doctor said the requisition had been sent but sleep clinic said they had not received. It took a long time to straighten out. Also I am a bit worried about the cost of the cpac. It would be great if they could look at the whole picture re. insomnia, not just those related to procuring the machine. However as I am anxious to solve the insomnia problem I will do whatever it takes. I highly recommend this clinic.

The friendly staff and facilities at this clinic are excellent. I was fortunate enough to accelerate my appointment by accepting last minute cancellations for both my initial study and follow up visit. The doctor patiently explained the results of my initial visit and of course I was surprised to discover the actual number of times I woke every hour. I'm hopeful that having finally discovered the root cause of my poor sleep that I will now enjoy a restful night and better days.

I called Sleep Management Group after being given a CPAP the mask which I couldn’t put together. Even though it wasn’t purchased at SMG, they were so helpful on the phone and in person when I showed up! They showed me why I couldn’t put it together (I had the wrong parts!) and they had the right parts there for me to purchase and take home. Now that’s service! Thanks.

My experience was awesome. The ladies were great. Very informative, all my appointments were on time and gave plenty of options to work with my financial situation. Great job ladies.

Very friendly and helpful staff. My husband had to use his CPAP machine while in the hospital. When he came home, we couldn't get it to work properly and thought a piece was missing. Ended up that whoever helped pack it up had put the pieces in the wrong places, causing the confusion. The staff there were very patient and helpful to get it to work properly. Very happy with the service. Thank you.
