Dr Sonya has been treating our son on the Autism Spectrum for sometime and with guidance and direction to change his diet, which at first was difficult. His gains were immediate and have steadily improved. We are forever changed thanks to her. The staff also should be commended as they're always helpful and answer any questions we have had.

Dr Carissa is extremely knowledgeable and she takes her time to understand and listen to all of your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Townsend to anyone looking for a great Naturopath. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very caring. She is easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable to discuss anything you need. I have had cold urticaria for over 25 years and no medical practitioner has been able to help with the symptoms. Through Dr. Townsend’s testing and treatments I barely have any symptoms and I cannot be more grateful. Her supplements have made a big difference for me as well. She really is amazing.
