My experience with laser hair removal at New You has been incredible! I usually see Natalia and she is so kind and the sessions are painless. Natalia takes the time to check in regularly to make sure I’m comfortable and explain every part of the process. Her expertise really put me at ease from the start and I’ve been thrilled with the results! All of the staff are amazing and it’s a wonderful, relaxing environment. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience at New You Cosmetic Centre. Zoe was amazing and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process of my fat freezing treatments! The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly as well. Highly recommend this location!

I have been getting laser hair removal at New You Spa Burlington (on Brant) since January. Results have been amazing so far and I’m not even done my sessions. Jenny has been my technician for all appointments so far and she has been wonderful. She is knowledgeable, professional and makes me feel comfortable and pain free every time. Vanessa at the front is also always so friendly.

Just had a fantastic first experience here for an injectables appointment. The whole staff are super welcoming and the space makes you feel instantly at ease. I saw Stephanie, who was SO thorough, knowledgeable, and sweet. I felt very safe in her skilled hands. Having recently moved to the area I have been in search of a new “go-to” med spa and after today I will most definitely be back! Thank you!
