I also get additional hot wax hand treatment which gets right to my deepest most persistent pain. It all adds up after each treatment to pain relief and much relaxed flexibility. Also the detailed knowledge that Melissa shares helps explain exactly why I hurt, the mechanics of it and what I can do about it on my own to help manage it better between treatments.
