I attended the women's clinic in Orchard Walk and had an amazing experience. Starting from my first phone call appointment, until my final in person appointment, the doctor's and two receptionists were all so welcoming and lovely.

My visit here is always nice. My Dr. and the staff are so wonderful. I'm treated kindness and understanding. They have gone beyond, to meet my needs. Much respect to everyone who works there.

I had great experience here. Receptionist very friendly and efficient. Dr.was very efficient as well.

I'm very happy with the clinic. The service and dedication level was good. However, It was hard to get an appointment. Nevertheless, here is a hint for you: Star to call at 10:00 am. Stay online, keep listening to the answering machine and press #2 Once the vacant line is available it will transfer you to a hold line. Keep staying online. After about 25 min you will get a response from the admin. The good thing is that the clinic is working until very late hours. So, many appointments are available. Which is give more convenient options for individuals who work late and cannot visit a traditional walk-in clinic. Be patient and you will get your appointment. Don't be angry, they are doing the best for us with the condition they have!!! Good Luck.

Had to go in for our daughter, to have her checked for strep. The staff were all amazing to deal with. Our nurse practitioners was amazing with Julia and made her feel so comfortable. Then took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel comfortable with the plan going foward.

I called about 15 seconds before the office opened. Got through with no problem. Saw a doctor with no problem and received excellent service.

I was recently sent to Urgent care, and received excellent care from the nurse and other staff. I had never had the need to visit the facility prior , and I must say it was pleasant, clean, and professional. - SB Reply
