I was getting a Brazilian wax every month for almost a year! Once I decided to make the change to Laser, Smooth Effects made it sooo easy. They weren’t there for the money either, she made sure that it worked for me by asking plenty of questions and suggested I pay for a one time session just in case laser didn’t work on my fair skin/hair; I really appreciated that. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone.

My experience at this laser hair removal clinic was outstanding. The staff was professional, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. The facility was clean, and the technicians were highly skilled, ensuring a virtually painless procedure. Results were impressive, and I appreciate the personalized care. Highly recommend this place for effective and efficient laser hair removal.

I was recommended to Smooth Effects for laser hair removal. I was extremely satisfied with the results after only one session. I have received the recommended treatments and have continued to have amazing results. The office and staff are great and very comfortable to talk to if you have any questions or concerns. I just had to leave a review for this awesome team of professionals! I recently had a BBL laser treatment for rosacea here that ended up bringing up a blemish on my cheek from a past scar or birthmark. The team immediately took responsibility to help me with this even though they did everything right by going low and slow with the BBL facial laser. They provided three follow up laser sessions that would normally be hundreds of dollars for free which addressed the mark on my cheek. Alyssa, Robyn, and Dr.Lotay did a great job. Even though the BBL treatment ended up not being for me, I would come back here for other procedures as I know I can trust them. They helped me find more gentle ways to address my rosacea by using their skincare line of ZO. I have used hundreds of products for my rosacea including prescription products and treatments and found that the Rozatrol combined with the clarifying serum have been the best products that I have tried.

The team at Sona MD are so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciate how thorough they are, I never feel rushed and my questions are always answered patiently and comprehensively. Since I have been coming here for treatments my skin is brighter and more even and I feel more youthful. If you are looking for a medi spa in Kamloops I definitely recommend Sona MD
