Dr. Charles Wang is a family physician with nearly a decade of focused clinical experience in skin health, skin cancer detection and treatment, minor surgery, and aesthetic medicine. After completing his residency in 2016, Dr. Wang pursued additional experience in skin medicine through multiple GP dermatology clinics and spent approximately one year working and receiving hands-on clinical training at Rao Dermatology. He is particularly recognized for his experience in identifying suspicious skin lesions and the early detection of skin cancers.
2026 Highlights: Aspire Care Clinic provides personalized care. Dr. Wang provides skin cancer screening, biopsies, and excisions, as well as mole, cyst, and lipoma removal. He also manages common skin conditions including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), and hyperhidrosis. He also has extensive experience in aesthetic medicine, including cosmetic Botox, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation treatments, and medical-grade skincare, with an emphasis on evidence-based care and natural-looking results. Since 2020, Dr. Wang has taught medical residents at the University of Calgary and has received a University of Calgary Clinical Teaching Award in recognition of his commitment to clinical education and mentorship. Under Dr. Wang’s leadership, Aspire Care Clinic has grown into a physician-directed medical and skin health clinic serving patients from communities throughout Alberta."
