Finally, a weight loss program that works!! Having followed various other diets - I started on this program with a lot of skepticism. Both Sue and Dave are very knowledgeable and tailor their program to suit the individual’s requirements and it’s definitely not a one-size-fits-all program. This is a program you don’t starve to keep your weight down. You are having 3 meals and 2 snack time- each very filling and satisfying After you reach your goal weight, you go into stabilization and then maintenance where more food is added to your intake and still keep the weight under control. Sue has a whole file of various delicious recipes. Being an East Indian, I was able to enjoy my ethnic food within the parameters required and still loose pounds. I highly recommend Ewyn Airdrie to anyone who is desiring to loose weight in a successful manner and to keep it off. By the way, I lost 40lbs which was my goal. Feeling great and healthy.

The program is very easy to follow and it works! On top of that, the husband and wife team that own it are so caring and you can really tell they want you to succeed. It’s not just a business to them, they care about their clients! If you want to lose 50lbs, or even 5, I highly recommend this program.

Sue and Dave are awesome! Lots of combined experience and are always there to motivate and keep me focused on my goals.

I have been going to Anna's for a while now and every time I call, the staff is super friendly and helpful and scheduling me in quickly. I had a wonderful deep tissue massage with Kerry and also learned alot about my health. She's so knowledgeable and willing to help! 10/10 would go back to Anna's Spa and Wellness and I highly recommend you do too.

I came here for a couples massage and the experience was fantastic. The service is great, the rooms are nice, the masseuse asked questions while massaging. Great time. As well they direct bill, which is always helpful.

Absolutely wonderful experience at this spa. Everything from the staff, the atmosphere, and the services were top notch. Would highly recommend.
