I joined OYF in Airdrie almost a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, making each workout session both challenging and fun. Over the past year, the variety of classes has kept me engaged and motivated, from strength training to relaxing yoga sessions. The recent changes and additional classes introduced by new management were a much-needed refresh for the studio, enhancing the overall experience and options available. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with top-notch fitness gear. The community atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, pushing me to reach my postpartum fitness goals faster than I ever imagined. Highly recommend this fitness studio to anyone looking to elevate their fitness journey!.

I've been going to Oxygen yoga for a couple of years now and I absolutely love it. They have some pretty intense classes for when you're feeling ready to take on a challenge, but then there are days when you just want to keep it easy and there's classes for that too! I injured my back moving a sofa last year, but was still able to find classes that worked at a slow and easy enough pace that I could continue to attend. All of the instructors & front desk are super friendly and welcoming, the whole team is amazing!.

More than just yoga! I have been looking to join a hot yoga studio for a while and signed up during a promotion. The fitness classed were an amazing surprise. I love the atmosphere, the dim lights in the studio make it so much more comfortable to work out and the instructors are so motivating. Working in the heat has allowed me to move in ways I normally can’t due to an injury which has limited mobility in my ankle. All fitness levels are welcome and made to feel comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend giving this studio a try, you will keep coming back!.
