One word for this place: Gwen! She is the RT at this clinic and my experience with her was amazing! Gwen made everything quick, easy and thorough. She made sure I understood everything that was happening and what to expect. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. She is easy to work with and very patient. This is a great sleep clinic.

Gwen was absolutely spectacular to meet with and educate myself on my condition. She was very detailed ans took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. I will definitely be seeing her again for any of my needs in reference to my condition and have and will be sending her clients with similar needs . Thank u for all you've done to help me . My energy is getting better each day that passes since using my CPAP machine .

Gwen was friendly, professional, and efficient. She put me at ease and explained the test procedures fully. As my tests progressed, she asked many times if I was ok or if I needed a break. If my visit is typical of how Gwen works with her clients, she is clearly a valuable asset to the clinic.

I have been going to RHS clinic located in Airdrie for about 8 years now and there is a few reasons why but the main reason is Estela Becerra. Hands down the most knowledgeable and caring therapist. If it was not for Estela I would not be sleeping so well at night now after my testing. Estela will go out of her way to make sure you are happy and comfortable with the equipment you may have. Estela even went out of her way to help myself fill out the forms for my Works insurance carrier. Who does this? Estela does. Estela really cares about her clients(friends) because you will become one with Estela, she has had opportunities to move up in the company but her care and compassion for her clients keeps her doing what she has been doing for the 11 plus years I believe. Estela you are 1million stars out of 5 and I am glad to be one of your clients(friends).

My son has been going to Estela since August of 2020 and we absolutely love her. His review is that she is nice and funny :-), my review as a mom is that she made me feel comfortable right from the start. It is one thing to have to go through this process for yourself, but another to have to deal with a child going through this process. She was patient and kind, and went through everything step by step. I can call or email her any time if I have questions, and the best part about the whole this is that I feel like I after two years, I don't just have another clinician, I have a friend. She's amazing.

They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me, even when we discovered they needed to connect me to a different supplier for my specific oxygen tank. Great service - even when it wasn't a benefit to them. Would highly recommend it! Thank you for the great service.

I bought my CPAP machine from Janet at Aveiro Sleep in Drumheller. She was extremely helpful, kind, intelligent and informative. I left feeling confident about managing and running the machine and also felt comfortable to contact Janet if I have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend anyone needing a machine or information to contact Janet at Aveiro Sleep.

Averio treated me great and were very patient as I was working away and it was hard to get into the clinic. She was able to send me pdf’s through email to print off for my benefits. They made the whole process a breeze!

Janet is top notch. Knows her stuff and is friendly and fun. Takes great care of you and always has time to help. Highly recommend.
