Working with Kelly has been a great experience. I had enquired and obtained pre-qualifications at two banks before engaging with Kelly, but she helped me to find a better mortgage package than the other options. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions about the whole process of obtaining a mortgage. Josh has been repeatedly making spam calls to my phone day and night. Even after telling him to stop multiple times, he continues to do so. When I blocked one of his numbers, he just uses another one to call. Would never recommend or trust this mortgage broker.

I made the mistake of filling out a form online, and ever since, Joshua has been repeatedly making spam calls to my phone and email, despite my repeated requests for him to stop.

Joshua has helped us with two home purchases now, making sure the financing went smoothly. He is friendly and professional, always prompt in answering emails and messages and guides you through the whole process. If any more real estate deals in our future, we for sure will be calling on him again! Highly recommend.
