I decided to give TrueNorth a call when I was thinking about moving. They have a location close to my work and I knew their rates are very competitive. I was forwarded to Gurnik Singh who went ahead with qualifying myself for what I needed and, once I had an accepted offer, made sure everything was in place for subjects removal. At the very end, he provided a refund for all the appraisals that were required plus some more. I couldn’t be more happy with my choice and with the service provided by Gurnik.
