Our children embarked on their musical journey with Pinnacle Music School 10 years ago and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic for them. Their proficiency in teaching our children piano, voice, cello, and drums demonstrates their commitment to excellence across diverse instruments. Their expertise and the positive atmosphere make each lesson a joy. We highly recommend Pinnacle Music School for a well-rounded and enriching musical education.

My daughter has been doing bass lessons here just coming on 2 years now and she absolutely loves it!! Ed Conley has been her instructor for the duration and well, I just don’t think there are any words that are capable of capturing how incredible a teacher this man is. His knowledge, experience and background is outstanding, and his passion for music is inspiring. Thank you Ed for your dedication and the enthusiasm you bring to every lesson!

Pinnacle Music School is a great place to learn a new instrument at any age! The teachers are experienced, talented and welcoming. I started drums just over a year ago and am now part of the adult rock band. Lessons are geared to your interest- if you’re looking for royal conservatory, they’ve got it. If you’re looking to figure out some of your favourite tunes, they’ve got that too!

What fantastic staff. As an experienced musician I would feel comfortable sending someone with no musical knowledge there and knowing they would leave with the right product for their needs. They asked all the right questions, were friendly, honest, and the suggestions were perfect. Also for a small town the product selection was pretty spot on. I didn't get to spend a lot of time in the store, but was impressed with the selection that was curated and prices were fair. I've been in L&Ms across the country, and used them for both personal and corporate needs, and was particularly impressed with the service in Belleville. Kudos to the staff.

Absolutely stellar ! I purchased my first guitar at the belleville location great service , they are always happy to help in any way they can , very polite and helpful . I have purchased several more guitars from the belleville location since. I recently purchased the newest addition to my guitar room from the kingston location along with new strings . The young lad that helped me out also strung my guitar and installed a new battery in my pickup for free . Same thing at the kingston location, absolutely stellar ! Thanks you guy's , You are the best !

Wonderful store!! I love going to music lessons at long and McQuade. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The lady who is in charge of the lesson centre makes us feel so welcome, and I love how she has all the rubber ducks. It always makes my day.

I recently discovered Ardens Music, and I must say, it's a treasure trove for any music lover. The moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted by a warm and knowledgeable staff who were passionate about music, making my shopping experience truly delightful.

Great service! I called ahead to ask a couple of questions about a guitar. I could tell that the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable and passionate about music. They had what I wanted in stock so I placed an order on Monday and it arrived Tuesday. Overall a great online shopping experience with great support in-store.

I recently went into Ardens with no experience or expectations. I was greeted right away by someone named Sean/Shawn (not sure the spelling—sorry!), who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & very polite. Great place to go — fast & courteous. *Not to mention, great prices, too!
