I came here originally from an mva so I have seen a lot of the practitioners. RMT with Amanda is great if you can get in, it is super easy to put yourself on a wait list though! Beth really cares about helping her clients with their recovery, she makes at home workouts very easy. Evan is so easy to talk to and has given good tools to cope with anxiety. Dr Alex is just the best. I always leave feeling ten times better than when I walked in. I was so nervous to see a chiro but he does so much more than just adjusting and has made me so comfortable with the process!! The ladies are the front are also fantastic, they are always looking out for their clients whether that’s helping you get a spot on a wait list, or calling to adjust an appointments to fit a better schedule for you! It’s always a positive experience coming here.

Dr Alex is the best! He has made a world of difference for me during my pregnancy and helped clear up my carpal tunnel, kept my sciatica at bay and just overall helped me to be more comfortable. Highly recommend him to everyone I know!
