I popped into the Hakim Optical in North Bay and I was impressed. I had damaged new glasses that I purchased at another optical store in Ottawa but the gentleman took care of them for me, at no charge. Nice store, great service. I will be back when I need new glasses.

Great place great service so, my nose pad was loose and I was missing screw she did for free and charged Nthg. Must go shop if u need glasses fixed or buy new.

Great Service, came in to get my Ray-bans Fixed, was completed in less than 5 minutes with no appointment.

Both my 9yr son and I have gotten our eyes tested here. Dr. George is absolutely fantastic, and especially excellent with children. Staff and doctors are extremely welcoming. My son was so scared to go, and as soon as he met Dr. George and the staff he was instantly at ease. The quality of service and caring of the staff is incredible. We purchased my sons first pair of glasses in March, and today (July/26/24) had to have the prescription adjusted. I was worried about the cost and to my surprise "the boss man" as the staff call him graciously stepped in and offered us 50% off of his new lenses, to which I am so grateful. Thank you Eyes on Main for making my son feel comfortable and safe, and to the "boss man" your kindness does not go unnoticed.

The service here is amazing I made an appointment to go get new glasses and ordered them and they were ready for pickup the following day! The staff is so kind and will treat you amazing
