DR. SACHIKO NAGASAWA HONS. BSC, M.A, PH.D, C.PSYCH - BAY PSYCHOLOGY REVIEWS
In the spring of 2021, our federal organization invited Dr. Nagasawa to present a series of 3 live webinars (Resiliency and Effective Ways to Cope, Psychological Tips for Staying Well, and Radical Acceptance). These webinars were presented at an interval of 3-4 weeks, which gave us the opportunity to write some questions and get feedback/answers from Dr. Nagasawa at the next webinar. With the help of Dr. Nagasawa’s COVID-19 Workbook, the webinars were presented to help employees cope with the current pandemic and provide tangible mechanisms to help improve our mental health (our department was greatly impacted by the Covid19 pandemic). Dr. Nagasawa was a wonderful speaker and her material was appropriate and specific to the objectives of each webinar. The key principles were easy to understand mostly because Dr. Nagasawa was able to disseminate the information in a manner that everyone could comprehend. Perhaps not pertinent, but most employees enjoyed the calm and soothing voice of Dr. Nagasawa. If she could record her meditation/mindfulness sessions, I am sure we would all try to get our hands on it! Additionally, with the help of her assistant, Dr. Nagasawa organized some breakout sessions (a Zoom feature) and introduced some live polling. We found that our organization prefers the live polling activity. We are very happy with the Dr. Nagasawa’s webinars and we are looking forward to future sessions with her. Thank you for your great support and help!
From the first call, I felt cared for and supported. I experienced trauma at work and it was highly recommended I work with Dr. Nagasawa. She and her team went above and beyond my expectations after dealing with so many obstacles with my insurance. I cannot thank her enough for getting me the help I needed to feel like “me” again-genuine competent care. I would highly recommend Dr. Nagasawa and her team to anyone that is needing a mental health tune-up. Thank you from my family and me for giving back my life.
Dr. Nagasawa is one of nicest person you will ever meet and so professional.
