This particular store is in Sherwood park and is on Wye Road. There is another store inside West Edmonton mall and another in St. Albert.The service in all these stores are good. I like visiting this particular store becaus its closer to my residence. The ambience is pleasant, the store feels bigger and brighter , as it was recently renovated . The choices available is really good. They have many ordinary glasses as well as branded ones and reasonably priced too. I have been buying glasses for my family from Second Specs for a number of years. I am very satisfied with the quality of glasses, the excellent service from the staff and the time taken to deliver the glasses. I should mention the cost is so competitive and very reasonable. There is ample free parking space available in front of this store. There are many other businesses on the same premises. The staff in this store were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable . I would surely recommend this store.

Very friendly and helpful staff for a full service eyewear store. Dr. Patel gave me one of the most thorough and comprehensive eye exams I ever had, and explained everything to me about my vision health, and answered all of my questions. They appear to have all of the latest technologies and devices for eye exams. The other staff gave me a very good deal on two complete sets of eye glasses. They have a broad selection of frames - both designer and budget friendly - and the selection included some on trend styles and colours. I will definitely be returning to this business when I am due for another eye exam in two years.

I picked up my very first ever pair of glasses today!! I have a huge fear of anything eye related and my eyes are super sensitive (think the Friends episode where they all have to hold Rachel down to put eye drops in). The whole process from start to finish went smoothly, and all the staff did their best to make sure I was comfortable all the way through. I also took my senior mom with me and she said Dr C took extra time to make sure she was understanding everything and to make sure she was comfortable. We were both really impressed with the entire store and staff, and have already referred a few friends. 10/10 recommend.

Got my glasses here a few days ago. When we first went in to look the workers were very nice and helpful. I appreciate that they give you time and space to look around. The whole process of getting the glasses was very quick and easy and the optometrist was very kind. As for the glasses, love them!! They're very pretty and bright, and amazing quality, I've already gotten to many compliments on them. Great place.

Michelle was excellent, she tightened the frames on two of my regular glasses, purchased elsewhere, and fitted me with two pairs of sunglasses purchased... will not hesitate to call upon Michelle again... A wonderful experience, thanks Michelle.
