From the administrative staff to psychologists, Sojourn is an incredibly welcoming and safe environment to receive support for mental health. Their psychologists have varied areas of expertise and the admin staff do a fabulous job connecting you to someone whose skill set and personality are a good fit. They also have flexible evening and weekend hours, so services are accessible without having to constantly take time off work.

I had such an amazing time having her on my podcast “From the Depths of Darkness to the Light of Success”. I gained so much great insight from her, and my audience learned so much as well. Thanks again for taking the time out of your day to come on my show.
