I was scared to take our cat to Pulse for many reasons, including price, but from the moment we walked in (all stressed being at a vet ER on a Sunday with a potentially very ill kitty) to the time they released our kitty, we had nothing but the best experience. The facility is lovely - clean, as comfortable as possible for a clinic, and very large allowing for space between animals and humans. The staff are extremely professional and caring. The vets and staff appropriately triage the animals, so your wait is dependent on who is the most critical in care at the time. Communication between all staff and the pet owner is amazing. They even offered to send me a photo of my kitty while in care. The staff did everything possible for my very ill animal, and they were so understanding and patient with me with all the questions and concerns. They completely understood the issues and took care of my animal very appropriately. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend PULSE VET ER to anyone!

Absolutely amazing staff. Very kind and well spoken. Clean facility and 24 hour service! We were taken very good care of while dealing with euthanizing our dog, Keesha. The staff did their best to help make the decision and process as easy as possible. The high level of care is something they clearly take pride in and they go the extra mile for you and your animal.

Ive only had the best experiences with the service at Pulse Veterinary. The staff is caring, attentive and honest. They gave my dog the best care possible while she was there. She is in heart failure and they have been very thorough with her treatments and explaining everything to me. Very thankful for them.

I can't say enough about this clinic. Finding a vet that will see ferrets at all is hard, never mind finding a GOOD one! Dr. Dorey is attentive, compassionate, and very well informed about ferret care. The confidence I have in her and the peace of mind of knowing she's his vet is worth the hour's drive from home. Every tech we have encountered has been equally attentive, and truly make you feel like your pet has 100% of their attention; I've never felt rushed or dismissed in my concerns. well I'd like to start with I don't make reviews but I just couldn't help myself. I brought in my big girl to have her uterus removed due to pyometra, and the vet staff were kind very kind to me. also Dr Anwar is the one that preformed surgery and it was beautifully done she healed very quickly and had no issues. I have had alot of pets and have healed alot aft we r surgery and this by far was the best experience. I must as she is a 10year old dog and I really didn't expect things to go so smooth. he saved her life and me from heart break I will be forever greatful. deffinetly will return with my other animals.

I had a great experience here. My in-laws, and next door neighbours all bring their pets here. Highly recommend.
