Beyond Basic Eyewear Optical

Needed new sunglasses and just randomly popped in here to check things out based on a Google search. Was blown away by their exceptional customer service and patience with all my questions while I walked around looking and tried on sunglasses. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone needing glasses. Nathan was super helpful and Paul is super friendly. Fantastic, so glad I found you guys!

I use readers and my optometrist had strongly suggested I get prescription lenses (which the optometrist also sells). I took the prescription to Beyond Basic, as I'd been impressed with their great selection of frames and prompt, friendly service when my son got glasses there a few years ago. The optician reviewed my prescription in detail with me and suggested that instead of paying about $300 for prescription lenses, I just buy a pair of Foster Grant readers that they had on sale for $10 (I bought two). I appreciate a business that's honest, helpful and puts the customer's experience ahead of their own pocketbook. And they have a very good selection of readers!

My whole family's been coming here for many years. Can always count on getting the help you need and having a good selection to choose from. Nathan is great at making recommendations and Paul's always been great too.
