They are amazing! This is the place if you need any eye care. They saved my husband eye with quick action and booking him into Kingston to see a specialist. My husband had surgery that saved his eye the next day. Had they not been so proactive my husband would’ve lost his vision as to a retina tearing. Also they phoned the same day of his appointment in Kingston to see how it went and were so caring. We have no words other than they are simply the best in all areas. We can’t thank you enough. Their expertise and eye care is second to none. My family has a very strong genetic eye condition. Other local optometrists had previously told us they were testing for the condition - which they were not. I can say Innova is the only reason several in my family have not lost their eye sight. I would not trust our vision to anyone else!!
