Extremely helpful with the choosing of my new glasses. I wasn't rushed or nor did I feel like I was ignored. All the staff were pleasant and available to answer my questions. They did not make me feel like I was being watched. It was a pleasant experience to get my glasses at Pearl Vision.
Licensed optician, Lisa, made a heroic effort at the end of her long workday to accommodate my needs. She got my measurements in for my new glasses before the store closed for the day and had my order ready to submit the following morning! Well done!
Although I did not obtain my eye exam from Pearl Vision, I did purchase 2 pairs of glasses. A regular day pair and 1 sunglasses. The customer service was excellent!!! Helped me choose and offered honest advice such as "nope, not those as they don't suit your face". A lost art when someone does not lie to get a sale!! Thanks for being honest and I'm sure you'll always have my business going forward!!! Hats off to Pearl Vision at Quinte Mall!
