I’ve had years of amazing service here. I’m so indecisive when it comes to glasses, and the staff is always so helpful in choosing the best frames for my needs. I also get my contacts here, and they usually give me a bunch of free samples when I go back to school. The eye doctor is excellent with children, and great with my young daughter. Most of the time their frames are buy one get one half off. I believe you get a free eye exam if you need to purchase glasses after. I definitely won’t go anywhere else, unless I have to.

All the staff (especially Colleen) were wonderful. They helped fix a problem that they had nothing to do with. They jumped into action straight away and took care of us. They have our family as customers for life and I will recommend them to everyone.

I've been going to UVO for 10+ years and they provide nothing but exceptional service. During my most recent visit, I noticed that the pair of sunglasses I had picked had some scuffs and scratches when I had a 2nd glance @ my sunglasses in my car. Needless to say, the issue was rectified in an above and beyond manner! Hands down, it was some of the best customer service that I've recieved in some time.
