First appointment with Dr Sloss and I’m very impressed! Office is beautiful, clean and extremely well run. Everyone there: front desk staff, assistant and Dr Sloss are warm, friendly and professional! Dr Sloss is also very knowledgeable. Best optometrist I’ve had in my life & I’ve had glasses for over 50 years!.

Dr Sloss has always taken my concerns in to great consideration. I had a few medical concerns that have impacted my vision in the past and he has been such a help in keeping me calm about it. His staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable which makes looking at glasses a lot easier!.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Sloss for several years. He is a great Optometrist. Their new office is the nicest optical I have ever seen. They have the best selection of glasses in town by far. Highly recommend him and his office.

Attended my eye appointment yesterday June 17 with Dr. Jenna Bright. I can’t remember the last time that I met someone so professional and enthusiastic about her career. The information that I received from Dr. Bright was phenomenal....I left the office feeling so thoroughly informed and confident as a senior that the knowledge that I received put my mind at ease. Dr. Jenna Bright is a 10 STAR.

Excellent, personalized service! I had light sensitivity, trouble focusing on books and computer screens, migraines and blurred vision for years. I finally switched to Dr. Bright and was quickly diagnosed with astigmatism. After receiving the correct prescription, I haven't had an issue since. Dr. Bright is an extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy professional who also provides care for my husband and daughter. Highly recommend!.

Such a lovely, personable doctor. Beautiful office and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Best selection of eyeglasses I've seen anywhere.

Dr. Apfelbeck and her team have offered excellent care for me over the last number of years. This past fall, I needed to upgrade from simple readers to progressives and it was not an easy transition for me. Marina, along with assistance from others, was especially gracious and patience as they made adjustments not just to the glasses but also to the prescription, so that now I am no longer frustrated wearing glasses all the time but very pleased especially since my visibility is so much clearer! Thanks to the entire team.

As always, Dr. Apfelbeck and team deliver when you need assistance with eye issues. I also had the fortune awhile back of being seen by Dr. Sejutie Alam, who soon will be a permanent member of the team - and another excellent addition. With (soon to be) four optometrists and great support staff, you get seen quickly if something arises, with respect, and empathy. Top notch.

I recently visited Grand River Eye Care for a skin spa treatment and it was amazing! Caitlin was engaging and knowledgeable of the product and easily answered any questions or concerns I had as well as giving helpful advice for regular care of my skin.
