Dr appavoo I agree is great . I seen him 5 years back and now am seeing him again weekly. Reading some of the reviews, it doesn't sound like the same man I see every week. Never has he yelled, been rude, or done antyhing disrespectful to me. He has helped me in many ways as well, and helps mangaging my medications. Mental illness is a struggle, and therapy is hard, thank you dr appavoo for saving my life as well.

I read the reviews before my first appointment and I wish I hadn't. I had a great experience with him. I see him weekly-biweekly He is always on time and very respectful. He asks questions and always gives suggestions. I do believe he truly cares for my well being. I highly recommend him.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Dr. Appavoo was very helpful and knowledgeable about my problem. He's one of the few that continues to help adults with ADHD. Highly recommended!

I was recommended to Dr. Okonkwo by my family doctor for a psych consult. He was incredibly informative, took time to not only listen to me but explain things thoroughly and made me feel overall very comfortable during the meeting. I found the administrative staff to be friendly and accommodating. Overall, I had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend him to others.

Dr. O is wonderful. He’s been my Psychiatrist for many years now. If I need something urgently, he’s called me after hours to help and emails back on weekends. His help getting me on the right medications has changed my life. I am very thankful for him!
