“Dr. Thomas Hupel completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Toronto and his fellowship training at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto. He has received subspecialty training in upper and lower extremity joint reconstruction. He is affiliated with Grand River Hospital Corporation and St. Mary's General Hospital. Dr. Thomas Hupel is presently in independent practice, specializing in primary and revision arthroplasty of the lower extremity. He is associated with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and the Ontario Physiotherapy Association. Dr. Thomas Hupel became the Regional Educational Leader for undergraduate orthopedic education at the Waterloo Campus in 2012.
