I was injured in a car accident on a Friday in June and I received emergency care at Grand River Hospital that day. On the next day (Saturday) Dr. Hupel called to book my wrist for surgery on Monday. My surgery (a plate and 5 screws) was a complete success. The follow up care by Dr. Hupel and the Grand River Fracture Clinic team was excellent. We are fortunate to have Dr. Hupel and the Fracture Clinic in the Region of Waterloo.

Wonderful man with a wonderful soul & the best darn Dr. on this planet...there are not enough kind words to describe him, he deserves 10 stars not 5... I want to Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Hupel I cannot thank you enough... Eternally grateful.

Dr. Hupel is a very caring surgeon and does a remarkable surgery, thanks for helping me with my knee surgery , your the best.

Had a very unpleasant experience with Paul Grosso . If you are gonna go because your insurance wants you to go to him , you better ask for some other clinic . He will side with your insurance , because he probably gets a healthy cheque for being biased . Came to the appointment 40 mins late and was very casual about everything.

I had a full hip replacement in May of 2023, I did not heal from that therefore I had to have a revision hip replacement in November of 2023. Both times Dr Grosso was very polite and fully knowledgeable on what he was doing and told me in a way that I would understand it. I like to see how he is laid back and not all stressed out both in the fracture clinic and at the time of surgery. That alone causes things go a lot better. I felt 100% comfortable with Dr Grosso from the minute I met him and I would trust him to do any further surgeries that I may need.

Dr Grosso replaced my left knee. He told me that my all my Personal Training I was doing before surgery would help with my recovery. He was 100% correct. When I went for an in person appointment he told me 10months, it was 8 months. My second appointment after surgery He told me 1 more in 6 weeks to say Good bye and Good luck. He is the best.

We have been coming to the clinic for such a long time. They helped my wife with a rib issue after child birth. I just my kids, all athletes, with the incredible doctors here. The front office staff feel like family.

Excellent place. Dr Chris is very knowledgeable and super nice. Highly recommend them.
