I am one of the lucky people who got to have braces in their late 20s! Julia and her awesome staff made an already difficult process easier by always being on time, friendly, knowledgeable and nice. I just finished my 2 year treatment and can't be more happy with my smile, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Refine to anyone needing ortho work.

What an amazing experience!!! Dr.Ng and all of the staff are extremely kind, patient and very in-tune to the needs of their patients. My daughter suffers from anxiety and the idea of braces was very unsettling for her. From her very first appointment the staff adapted quickly to ensure she was comfortable. 3 years later and almost at the end of our journey to straight teeth, this standard has never changed. We were referred to Refine from several co-workers and friends for our 12 year old who needed braces. We had already had a consult at another Ortho office in town, but it just didn't feel right. Immediately, our impressions of Refine were AMAZING!!! The staff, the care, the customer service, etc, is better than I could have hoped for! My son was very apprehensive about having braces, but he actually looks forward to his appts now, and there is a reward program for the kids, where they earn points for good brushing, being on time, etc. Highly recommend Refine Orthodontics!!!
