Beyond pleased with the service provided by Mac at Hoover Environmental Group! We have unruly squirrels that have squatted in my garage, wrecking havoc. Mac managed the issue promptly and with ease, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. When the squirrels miraculously found a new entrance in my very old garage, he returned to seal the remaining entry points. The squirrels are very displeased they can no longer enter! I couldn't be happier with the service and the comfort and confidence that the animals will not be harmed in the process which was important to me. Mac was super responsive arriving within 24 hrs and explained clearly how he would go about removing the racoon and her babies from the roof. He and his assistant needed to cut a hole in the roof as there was no attic access and were able to get the babies out. The mother came out that night through the one way door that Mac installed and took the babies away. Mac is also repairing and re-shingling the roof hole. The service was swift and costs no more than a regular roof repair. Highly recommend!!
