We, my husband, and I want to share our experience for the last year with switching to this small but very professional pharmacy, the staff & family members at Queens Pharmacy are very good, always greeting us with smiles and very knowledgeable on every question, always willing to help with prescriptions, refills, etc. Thanks for all your efforts and problems solving. We greatly appreciate all of you.

Friendly, empathetic staff who are helpful and knowledgeable. No matter how busy they are, they will take the time to answer any questions you may have. The pharmacists really know their patients and are always ready to help. It's a welcoming place, and I highly recommend it for all your pharmacy needs.

The best pharmacy in town! The staff know you by name and treat you well. They are knowledgeable and communicate efficiently. They do not lie or hide prices. My family loves this pharmacy and their team members. I hope they stay this personable forever.

I've been using this pharmacy while in town for college for a couple years now, and I've always been happy with it! I've had issues from time to time with larger chain pharmacies and their general attitude towards customers, like those in Shopper's Drug Mart and Walmarts, but I've experienced none of that lack of caring here.

We are very lucky to have our own compounding pharmacy (who does it accurately!) in Kawartha Lakes. Skylar is absolutely fabulous. My baby is followed by sick kids and we have had many med changes. Skylar doesn’t make me feel rushed or a nuisance for all the questions. I really appreciate their time and patience.

A pharmacy that pays attention to detail & helps whenever possible. They do know their job very well. Remembering I'm the patient ~I have to be patient.

I came in with my friend after she left her meds at home during our trip to Fenelon Falls. When we came in we were greeted and help for other needs but also to assist her with getting the medications for a week. The pharmacist was really great at soothing her anxiety about requesting the meds and she was very grateful for the help. Amazing experience.

Absolutely the greatest store and people. If I moved 300 miles away I would no doubt keep going to this wonderful store. I view Sharif in one way only. HES IS MY BROTHER FROM ANOTHER MOTHER. LOVE YA BRO and thank you for being so wonderful and caring.

I want to thank pharmacist Sharif so very much on a Sunday afternoon before closing for coordinating refills on all my pills that I forgotten bring up for the week from Toronto. Such warm, empathetic service.
