The people who work at this pharmacy are so lovely. I moved cities and still continue to go here. They have even delivered my medication through their services last minute same day TO MY DOOR These pharmacists spend time asking how your day is going, they remember you, and small details about your life. They take time explaining your medications and ensuring you’re taking them properly. They really do care and it’s clearly apparent through how they interact with their clients. This pharmacy really gives you that small home town vibe given how they treat their customers. I could not recommend them enough. They demonstrate an extremely positive side of client care within Pharmacy that many of us have yet to experience.

Aly and his staff are always there to help you with their professional and friendly service. They are very helpful and make sure you are fully satisfied with your visit. I had all my prescriptions transferred in just a few minutes. I highly recommend Med-X-Pharmacy. Excellent full service pharmacy that meets all your needs. Thank You Aly and your Team.

I never do reviews for retail stores but I had to here because the manager (I don't know her name - she has brunette hair. I think she's the manager as she helped me with one of my issues) has one of the best, if not, the best customer service I have ever witnessed. She will go far and beyond on what you're looking for and need. She's done so multiple times with my asks. Could not say more amazing things about her. Thank you for looking out for your customers and your community here in PoCo! Update/Correction: I still did not find out her name but I found out she is a supervisor. Caucasian lady. An amazing person looking out for her community.

Went in to stock up on make-up for a trip. I was super impressed with the staff members' knowledge and support of what I was looking for. I came out quickly with exactly what I wanted. She even gave me a gift with purchase. I used to buy my products at the Bay. I am happy that I'll be able to shop here now!

Colorworks Coquitlam exceeded all expectations. My SUV was damaged from front wheel to back and it was repaired as brand new. The doors once again closed with a solid thud instead of that reverberating tin sound. Really amazing job.

And this past week owner Becky Jiang has been amazing in helping me get my travel vaccinations & supplements so I can travel safely. She even came in on the Canada Day stat holiday to make sure I had all my vaccine doses before flying out the same day. Thank you for your help, it is most appreciated!

Great service. Always friendly and Professional service. Pharmacist makes effort to know each client and provide personal service. I don't feel like a faceless person like at many larger stores.
